Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Leen platform at leen.so (the "Service"), operated by Leen ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Leen lets you build and run AI agents, workflows, and automations for your business. The Service uses large language models and can act on accounts and tools you explicitly connect. Output from AI systems can be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and approving actions before relying on them.

2. Your account and workspace

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including actions taken by workflows and agents you configure.
  • You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the Service in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break the law, infringe others' rights, or distribute malware or spam;
  • send unsolicited bulk communications through connected integrations;
  • attempt to breach, probe, or overload the Service or other tenants' data;
  • resell the Service or misrepresent AI output as human-authored where disclosure is required.

4. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the content you upload (documents, knowledge, workflow definitions, run outputs). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service — storing, processing, and transmitting your content to the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy (for example, LLM providers that generate responses). We do not use your content to train models.

5. Usage limits and fair use

The Service enforces usage limits (including daily AI-spend limits per workspace) to keep the platform reliable. We may adjust limits, throttle, or suspend workspaces that threaten platform integrity.

6. Beta features and availability

Some capabilities are early-stage and may change or be withdrawn. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We aim for high availability but do not offer an SLA at this time.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination we will delete or return your content within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by workflows you configured and approved.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
